Forklift Storeperson

Our clients, Australia’s leading manufacturer and distributor for insulation material are currently on the look out for an experienced Forklift operator to join their distribution warehouse located in Keysborough. This role will have you overseeing both forklift and general storeperson duties. You will work alongside the team on a weekly rotational roster of Day, Afternoon and Nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift
• Loading/unloading trucks
• Moving goods and pallets around the warehouse
• Labelling and finalising pallets to be delivered
• Conduct and assist in regular stocktaking/ cycle counts.
• Operate computer systems to locate and track item stocks.
• Receive and check incoming goods for order discrepancies and damage.
• Using SAP to pick pack, scan, generate labels and track stock

What we’re looking for:

• Prior warehouse experience
• Familiarity with using SAP or WMS
• Experienced counter balance driver who is capable/willing to learn the grabber attachment to pick up piles of insulation batts
• Able to commit to the continuous weekly rotational rosters
• Able to complete a medical check, drug and alcohol test and a police check
